Oscar and Rosa came to the United States from Venezuela with something most immigrants don't have: a company they had already built. But having a business means nothing when you're starting over in a new country. Everything has to be rebuilt; the clients, the trust, the network, the name.

Every piece of equipment, every tool, every square foot of their workshop was earned. Not inherited. Not funded. Earned, project by project, client by client, story by story.
They are parents. They are partners. And they built Real Dream Lab together, from the floor up, while raising a family and building a community in a country that wasn't theirs yet.
