By placing an order, submitting a Fast Quote request, signing a contract, or making any payment to Real Dream Lab LLC, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all services, products and transactions offered by Real Dream Lab LLC.

 

 

01. COMPANY INFORMATION

02. PAYMENT TERMS & STRUCTURE

All projects and orders are subject to the following payment structure:

 

  • A deposit of 60% of the total project value is required upon contract signing to secure the client's spot and initiate the project.

  • The remaining balance of 40% must be paid no later than 24 hours before delivery, installation, or pickup of the final product. No exceptions.

  • No delivery, installation, or transfer of any product will be made until the full balance has been received and confirmed. Real Dream Lab LLC reserves the right to withhold any completed project until payment is complete.

  • Cash

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

  • Affirm

  • Afterpay

  • Klarna

Credit Card Processing Fee

All payments processed via credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee, which will be added to the total invoice amount. This fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable.

03. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Real Dream Lab LLC operates under a strict no-refund policy due to the custom and personalized nature of all products and services. The following conditions apply:

 

  • Once a quote has been accepted and payment has been received, the project is considered active and production may begin immediately. No cancellations will be accepted after payment.

  • If a client cancels during active production, Real Dream Lab LLC will retain 100% of all payments received, as materials may have already been ordered, cut, or fabricated specifically for the client's project.

  • No deposit or partial payment is refundable under any circumstance, except as stated in Section 3.1 below.

3.1 — The Only Exception: Company-Side Failure

A full or partial refund will only be issued if Real Dream Lab LLC is unable to complete the agreed service or deliver the product due to reasons solely attributable to the company. In no other case will a refund be granted.

04. DESIGN APPROVAL & REVISION POLICY

  • Each project includes one (1) design revision before production begins.

  • The client will receive the proposed design for review and approval. The client has 48 hours from the time the design is sent to request changes or provide feedback.

  • If no response is received within 48 hours, the design will be considered approved and production will proceed as presented.

  • Once a design has been approved by the client — whether explicitly or by the 48-hour silence rule — no further changes will be accepted without additional charges.

  • Any design modification requested after approval will be treated as a new revision and may be subject to additional fees and production delays.

 

Client Responsibility on Approval

The client is solely responsible for reviewing all design details — including spelling, grammar, measurements, colors, and layout — before approving. Real Dream Lab LLC is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved design. Production based on an approved design is final.

05. MEASUREMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

  • For Fast Quote requests, the client is responsible for providing accurate measurements and project specifications at the time of submission.

  • Upon receiving a Fast Quote request, Real Dream Lab LLC will send an automated confirmation email containing specific instructions on how to correctly measure and verify dimensions before production begins.

  • The client must review and confirm all specifications via the confirmation process. Production will proceed based on the confirmed specifications.

  • Real Dream Lab LLC is not responsible for errors, sizing issues, or production costs resulting from incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the client.

  • In the event that incorrect client-provided specifications result in a product that cannot be used, the client will be responsible for the full cost of reproduction.

 

 

06. DELIVERY, INSTALLATION & PICKUP

  • No product will be delivered, installed, or released for pickup until the full 40% balance has been received and confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or installation date.

  • If the client is unavailable or fails to receive the product on the agreed date without prior notice of at least 48 hours, Real Dream Lab LLC reserves the right to reschedule at its own discretion and may apply a restocking or holding fee.

  • Installation services, where applicable, are quoted separately and are not included in the base product price unless explicitly stated in the signed contract.

 

 

07. PRODUCT WARRANTY & REPLACEMENT

  • Real Dream Lab LLC does not offer a general warranty on installed products.

  • However, Real Dream Lab LLC will provide a replacement — at no cost to the client — if the product arrives damaged, is defective upon delivery, or if a production error is confirmed to be on the part of Real Dream Lab LLC.

  • The client must report any product defects or damage within 30 days of delivery or installation. Reports submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for replacement.

  • Replacement claims must include photographic evidence of the defect or damage, submitted via email to info@realdreamlab.com.

  • Damage caused by improper handling, installation by third parties, environmental conditions, or misuse by the client is not covered under this replacement policy.

 

 

08. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PORTFOLIO RIGHTS

  • Real Dream Lab LLC retains the right to photograph, document, and publish all completed projects — including but not limited to signs, installations, branded materials, and custom pieces — for use in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials.​

  • This right is granted automatically upon project completion unless the client requests exclusivity in writing prior to project initiation.

Exclusivity Option

Clients who wish to prevent Real Dream Lab LLC from publishing their project may request an Exclusivity Agreement. This agreement is available for a fee of $100 USD per month. Exclusivity must be requested and paid for before project completion. Retroactive exclusivity requests will not be accepted.​

​

  • Artwork, logos, and brand assets provided by the client remain the intellectual property of the client. Real Dream Lab LLC will not reproduce or sell client-provided assets for any purpose other than the agreed project.

  • Design concepts, layouts, and visual solutions created by Real Dream Lab LLC remain the intellectual property of Real Dream Lab LLC until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives rights to use the final delivered product.

09. CUSTOM SHOP PRODUCTS — ONLINE ORDERS

  • All products available in the Real Dream Lab online shop are made to order and fully customized per the client's specifications submitted via the post-purchase customization form.

  • Minimum order quantities apply per product and are clearly stated at the time of purchase.

  • After completing payment, the client will receive an automated email with a customization form. This form must be completed accurately. Real Dream Lab LLC is not responsible for errors in the final product resulting from incorrect information submitted in the customization form.

  • All shop orders are final. No returns or refunds will be issued on custom orders, except in cases of production error or damaged delivery as outlined in Section 7.

 

 

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Real Dream Lab LLC's total liability for any claim arising from a project or order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project or order.

  • Real Dream Lab LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost business, lost revenue, or reputational harm.

  • Real Dream Lab LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers, material shortages, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control.

 

 

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

  • Any dispute arising from a transaction with Real Dream Lab LLC shall first be addressed through direct communication between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Harris County, Texas.

 

 

12. AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS

  • Real Dream Lab LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • The version of the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of the client's order or contract signing will apply to that specific transaction.

  • Continued use of Real Dream Lab LLC's services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a quote request, placing an order, making a payment, or signing a contract with Real Dream Lab LLC, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions outlined in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the client and Real Dream Lab LLC.
