Every product is made specifically for your business. Refunds or replacements are only issued if Real Dream Lab makes an error in production or the product arrives damaged. We are not responsible for incorrect information submitted in the customization form.
Before placing your order, please make sure your logo files are ready in high resolution (PNG or AI preferred), you have confirmed the quantity meets the minimum requirement, and all text and information is correct before submitting the customization form.
